Officially D. Governor of Hispaniola

This is a note from Governor Nicolas de Ovando he said I've contributed largely to the organising, colonising, and ruling of Hispaniola and I've boosted their economy so much. I mean, I helped build the infrastructures and farms too. What's more, I also quelled an uprising of the Indians so guess what I'm now?
